  • Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue meets all technical and logistical requirements specified by Discretion Entertainment.

All content, including music, images, and video, provided by Discretion Entertainment is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

  • Limitation of Liability: Discretion Entertainment will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Force Majeure: Discretion Entertainment will not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
