Discretion Entertainment provides live concert performances, tribute shows, fireworks displays, and live production services including sound and lighting.
Our services are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

• Booking and Payment
• Booking : All bookings must be made through our official channels. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking.
• Payment : Full payment must be received prior to the event date. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at the time of booking.
• Cancellation : Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply as per the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
• Event Requirements
• Venue Requirements : The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue meets all technical and logistical requirements specified by Discretion Entertainment.
• Permits and Licenses : The client must obtain any necessary permits or licenses for the event.
• Intellectual Property

All content, including music, images, and video, provided by Discretion Entertainment is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

• Liability
• Limitation of Liability: Discretion Entertainment will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Force Majeure: Discretion Entertainment will not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
